About the role
Required Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. ? 5+ years of software development experience. ? 1+ year of experience building AI agents, AI workflows, or agentic applications. ? Strong proficiency with: o Microsoft AI Foundry o Microsoft Fabric o Microsoft Copilot technologies o Azure AI Services o Azure OpenAI ? Strong backend development experience in .NET (C#) or Python . ? Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices. ? Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-driven architectures. ? Understanding of LLM concepts including: o Prompt Engineering o RAG o Tool Calling o Function Calling o Vector Search o Semantic Search ? Experience with Azure cloud services. ? Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices. Preferred Qualifications ? Experience building multi-agent systems. ? Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar. ? Experience with Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure Functions. ? Knowledge of enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI practices. ? Experience deploying AI applications to production. ? Familiarity with React or modern web frameworks is a plus but not required. Required Qualifications ?
