MODULE LEAD - React JS

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate UI Developer at Resources, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using React.js and TypeScript. You will play a key role in ensuring code quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, optimizing application performance, and staying updated on emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Development: Take a lead role in designing and implementing complex web applications using React.js and TypeScript. - Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure best practices are followed. - Collaboration: Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate designs and business requirements into high-quality code. - Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them improve their skills and adhere to coding standards. - Performance Optimization: Optimize application components for speed and scalability across various devices and browsers. - Reusable Components: Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. - Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and debug complex technical issues. - Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in React and TypeScript ecosystems. Qualifications Required: - Extensive Experience: Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a significant focus on React.js. - Technical Proficiency: - React & TypeScript: Deep expertise in React.js and proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable applications. - JavaScript: Mastery of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - State Management: Experience with state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or the Context API. - APIs: Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. - Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library. - Build Tools: Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM. - Version Control: Strong command of version control systems, particularly Git. - Soft Skills: - Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Leadership: Ability to lead projects, make architectural decisions, and provide constructive feedback.
