Exp : 4+ Years Edu : Any graduations Work Location : Bangalore (Marathahalli -n5 Days - WFO) Notice Period : Immediate Patch Management: Hands-on experience with BigFix; deploying, validating, and troubleshooting Windows Server patches while ensuring minimal disruption Vulnerability Management & Remediation: Working knowledge of Qualys; identifying and remediating vulnerabilities based on priority and risk Systems Administration: Good experience in Windows Server support; performing pre- and post-patch validation Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining patching records, remediation tracking, and update the relevant trackers. Reporting Tools: Knowledge Microsoft Excel for preparing / validating daily, and weekly vulnerability reports Key Responsibilities: Execute patch management activities for Windows servers and enterprise systems Identify and remediate vulnerabilities using Qualys under defined processes and guidelines Follow established remediation processes including risk assessment, prioritization, patching, and validation Troubleshoot patching issues and escalate complex problems when required Prepare and maintain reports on patch compliance and vulnerability status Support efforts to maintain secure and compliant IT environments through effective patching and remediation
