SENIOR ENGINEER - Sailpoint

Collaborate with clients to understand their identity and access management requirements. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint ISC/IDN solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote best practices and knowledge transfer. Stay up-to-date with SailPoint product updates and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ/IDN architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review etc. Configuring quick links and reports customization. SailPoint connector development experience with both out-of-the-box and custom connectors. At least an year of experience with Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, PowerShell, and XML. Stay updated on industry trends, security threats, and emerging technologies related to identity and access management. Assist customers in achieving compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR or HIPAA, through IAM solutions. Implement monitoring and reporting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact customers. Strong knowledge of other IAM tools such as OKTA, Saviynt, ForgeRock/PingID. Strong knowledge of PAM tools. Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices. Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
