Expert Development: Hands-on experience in building Microservices using Spring Framework, applying design patterns like CQRS, CQS, EDA, and DDD. Team Leadership: Provide design guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor a Scrum team of 5-6 developers to deliver top-notch solutions. Cloud Expertise: Leverage Azure or AWS native services (a plus) in designing and implementing scalable solutions. Consultation & Strategy: Present technical information, participate in pre-sales, technology evaluation, and strategic planning sessions. Key Skills & Experience Technical Expertise: 8–12 years of experience, including a minimum of 4 years in technical design, architecture, and solution evaluation. API-Driven Architecture: Strong knowledge of API integration, orchestration, messaging, and search server implementation. DevOps Acumen: Hands-on with GitHub CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and deployment strategies. Architectural Excellence: Skilled in building high-availability, performance-oriented, and secure architectures with disaster recovery and scalability in mind.
