Salesforce Product Owner Location: CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru Years of Experience: 8-10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce solutions to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing Salesforce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks. Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication of business requirements. Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is focused on delivering value. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of Salesforce solutions. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve product offerings. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments. Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software. Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or related roles. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
