Senior QA Tester Years of Experience: 5-10+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Tester with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly in agency and loan system testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and proven experience working in Agile environments. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation testing tools. Conduct thorough testing of agency and loan systems to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to define testing requirements and deliverables. Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders. Mandatory Skills: 5-10+ years of experience in software testing/QA. Proven experience in automation testing, with proficiency in tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Experience in testing agency and loan systems. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
