About the role

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Develop and provide ongoing support for custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of CRM software, including technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades - Identify and integrate third-party applications to enhance and support the CRM system - Conduct testing of CRM applications configurations and customizations - Lead or participate in analysis sessions with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations - Extend the capabilities of CRM through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, and reports The qualifications required for this role include: - In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the Common Data Service (CDS) - Proficiency in MSSQL, including database tuning, detecting bottlenecks, and working with SSRS and SSIS - Extensive experience in .NET Framework and C# development, including CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints - Hands-on experience in architecting solutions involving Dynamics customization, such as server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins - Familiarity with customizing the Web client and Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook - Experience with ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication Foundations - Extensive experience in JavaScript, HTML design, and development - Proficiency in architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting, and integration services - Knowledge of development lifecycle and Azure DevOps - Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) - Familiarity with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments Please note that proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders are essential for this role.
