TECHNICAL LEAD - Identity Management (LCM/RBAC)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Engineer responsible for implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting CrowdStrike Falcon Identity solutions across hybrid environments. The engineer will work closely with IAM, Active Directory, SOC, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security teams to strengthen identity security, detect identity-based attacks, and implement Zero Trust controls. Responsibilities Collaborate with business units to gather and document IAM requirements. Conduct gap analysis of existing IAM processes and recommend improvements. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Falcon Identity solution, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Support the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC), policy frameworks, and governance structures. Ensure alignment of IAM solutions with business and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Deploy and configure CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Integrate Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Configure Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) Configure identity policies and risk-based controls Integrate Falcon Identity with Falcon Platform Configure privileged identity monitoring Enable phishing-resistant authentication where applicable Perform health checks and platform optimization Develop and configure connectors to integrate with various endpoints. Customize the user interface, reports, and dashboards within Falcon Identity. Write and maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and procedures. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related Falcon Identity. Monitor system performance and ensure that the solution is running efficiently and securely. Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
