Full Stack Lead with 8 to 11 Years of hands-on experience in Java , Spring Boot , Microservices, Rest API, AWS, and React or Angular. Good in building and scaling backend systems, ideally in cloud-first or SaaS environments. Frontend Proficiency: Skilled in JavaScript, TypeScript , and frameworks like React or Angular. System Design: Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architectures. Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands-on experience deploying services on AWS with Kubernetes. CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiar with pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade monitoring. GenAI Usage: Comfortable embedding GenAI tools into the development workflow. Cloud Optimization: Deep understanding of AWS security, scalability, and performance tuning. Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Backend Development : Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems and services. Architecture Ownership : Lead decisions across distributed services, APIs, and asynchronous workflows. Cloud & DevOps : Deploy and manage services in AWS using Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, design, frontend, and data teams to deliver robust engineering solutions. GenAI Integration : Use GenAI tools for prototyping, debugging, documentation, and decision-making. Technical Leadership : Conduct deep technical reviews, mentor engineers, and lead code reviews. Engineering Excellence : Ensure high standards in performance, reliability, testing, and observability.
