TECHNICAL MANAGER - Salesforce Data Cloud

Experience: 8-12 years Lead design and delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization solutions Own end-to-end architecture covering customer data, segmentation, and multi-channel engagement Drive real-time personalization use cases using Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) Design and build integrations with CRM, web/mobile apps, and external systems using APIs and middleware Develop and oversee solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and Journey Builder / Automation Studio Ensure seamless data flow between Data Cloud, Personalization & Marketing Cloud. Act as technical lead, guiding team, reviewing design/code, and ensuring best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure performance, governance, and data quality across all implementations Good to have skills: Knowledge to Implement and manage Salesforce Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles, audience activation)
