As an experienced engineering leader, you will play a crucial role in defining and owning the engineering architecture across backend, applications, data, and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting and scaling microservices using Python, Django, and REST frameworks. - Driving the adoption of modern programming practices, automation, and secure development principles. - Overseeing backend development utilizing Python, Django, and DRF. - Guiding application engineering for both web and mobile platforms. - Leading the cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure scalability and reliability. - Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. - Overseeing ETL pipeline development, data modeling, and analytics workflows. - Mentoring engineering teams, leading code reviews, sprint planning, and making critical technical decisions. - Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs.
