Roles and Responsibilities Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform LAN troubleshooting and OS installation as needed. Troubleshoot desktop engineering issues related to hardware failures or malfunctions. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication.
