Senior Node.js Developer / Technical Lead (AI & Azure) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js (Express/NestJS). Build AI-powered features using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama), including RAG and prompt engineering. Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure. Use GitHub Copilot and AI coding tools to improve development productivity. Design secure, high-performance system architectures. Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and manage a team of 34 engineers, ensuring timely delivery and code quality. Collaborate directly with overseas clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Work in Agile teams using Jira. Required Skills 6+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript. Experience leading or managing a team of 34 developers. Hands-on experience with Azure services. Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and AI solutions. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate). Experience with REST APIs, system design, and scalable architectures. Excellent English communication and client-facing experience.
