AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to address business challenges - Build and optimize models in areas such as Computer Vision, NLP, and Recommendation Systems - Implement data pipelines and scalable ML workflows using modern frameworks and cloud platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Translate business needs into technical models and algorithms - Ensure secure, scalable, and performance-optimized code - Document solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning (CNN, RNN), Reinforcement Learning & Optimization Techniques - Hands-on expertise in TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, Spark ML - Advanced programming skills in Python (mandatory), along with R / PySpark / Scala / MATLAB (preferred) - Strong understanding of Linux-based environments, data structures, algorithms, and model optimization Additionally, you will need experience working with Databricks and large-scale data processing, hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud), and familiarity with big data frameworks and distributed computing.
