About The Role Software Delivery Manager for India Programs. Your Team Reports to Software Delivery Lead Customer Programs - India What You Will Do Support Customer Program Management (CPM) team in ensuring planned Features and Defects are delivered as per Milestones. Be present in customer location as a resident engineer / customer interface for MSIL program. Support Customer in defect triaging, defect management and defect logging. Support in Customer Drive tests, identify defects, defect reproduction, logging in ELVIS with adequate logsSupport the team by being in customer location and manage the customer by supporting queries on software releases, software features etc. Support Scrum of Scrums for customer programs. Support in Change Requests/ RFQ (Request for Quote) by coordinating discussions with CPM. Also, work with other stakeholders who are involved in the RFQ process. Ensure/support assigned domains within the program to make sure that the committed delivery happens on schedule with quality. This process would also involve working with the domain closely in identifying risks, supporting domains in resolving cross-domain dependencies etc. Support in Compliance activities like OSS, Static Code Compliance, ASPICE etc. Play the role of coordinator and facilitators in order to ensure process of daily build generation, pre-integration, integration, release build generations, etc. is running smoothly and continuouslyOwn and drive workshops, initiatives, collaborations, etc. in order to address special problem statements that keep coming up over time. Responsible for effort estimation/analysis and feasibility of SW change requests / requirements analysisSupport in ensuring Quality compliance. Have close interactions with customer and ensure that the customer asks are taken care of well. Be the voice of the customer within the organization. Ensure that the project follows T10 goals and all required reports showing project health like Klara, are always updated and show correct status. What You Need Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years and above of experience in embedded SW development/test. Experience in interaction with customers. Strong communication and moderation skillsCommunicating upwards and downwardsEstablishing and execution of project strategyHigh degree of discretion dealing with confidential information What Is Nice To Have Proficiency with IBM RTC ToolExperience in working on Android programsAutomotive program management experience.
