Software Engineer - Classic AI/ML

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to address business problems - Build and optimize models in areas such as Computer Vision, NLP, and Recommendation Systems - Implement data pipelines and scalable ML workflows using modern frameworks and cloud platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Translate business requirements into technical models and algorithms - Ensure code security, scalability, and performance optimization - Document solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Experience: 4-7 Years - Core Technical Skills: - Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning (CNN, RNN), Reinforcement Learning & Optimization Techniques - Hands-on expertise in TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, Spark ML - Advanced programming skills in Python (mandatory), along with R / PySpark / Scala - Strong understanding of Linux-based environments, data structures, algorithms, and model optimization - Data & Platform Expertise: - Experience working with Databricks and large-scale data processing - Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud - Experience in big data frameworks and distributed computing Additional Company Details: At HARMAN, you will have access to a flexible work environment that allows for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location.
