About the role
Job Description- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI , Tableau, or Qlik. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Support data modeling, data quality improvement, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Present insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders. Primary Skills: Power BI / Tableau / Qlik – advanced data visualization and dashboarding skills. Python – strong hands-on experience in data analysis using Pandas, NumPy . SQL – proficient in querying, data management, and working with large datasets. Domain Knowledge – Banking / Wealth Management experience is mandatory . Analytical & Problem-Solving – ability to derive insights and solve complex data challenges. Collaboration – experience working in cross-functional, agile teams. Secondary Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly. Ability to analyze problems, propose data-driven solutions , and implement effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8–10 years of total experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Proven expertise in Power BI + SQL , with working experience in Python . Prior exposure to Banking or Wealth Management analytics projects. Available to join immediately or within 30 days
