About the role
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Systems Administration Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows desktop and server environments. Manage physical and virtual servers, file servers, database servers, and storage systems. Perform server monitoring, patch management, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, access rights, and permissions. Support Microsoft 365, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and related collaboration tools. Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for servers and endpoints. End User Computing & Support Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues. Install and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and business applications. Support conference room IT equipment, audio/video conferencing, and telephony systems. Conduct user training sessions and provide technical guidance when required. Network Administration Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and network appliances. Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues. Collaborate with central networking teams for WAN and enterprise network support. Security & Compliance Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies and standards. Maintain antivirus, endpoint security, VPN, and secure remote access solutions. Implement security updates, patches, and vulnerability remediation. Support data privacy, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance activities. Mobile Device Management Support smartphones, tablets, iPhones, iPads, and mobile device management solutions. Provision, configure, and maintain enterprise mobile devices. IT Operations & Project Support Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, and rollouts. Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and service providers. Maintain IT asset management, ticketing systems, and infrastructure documentation. Support IT budgeting, procurement, vendor management, and maintenance contracts. Leadership & Process Improvement Ensure adherence to global IT standards and processes. Support multi-site IT operations and infrastructure initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery and operational efficiency. Act as the local IT point of contact for business stakeholders and global teams. Required Experience 5–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations. Experience supporting enterprise users in a multi-site environment. Experience working with global or international IT teams. Hands-on expertise in server, desktop, and networking technologies. Experience managing IT incidents, requests, and infrastructure projects.
