Senior User Interface Designer

You are a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer with a strong expertise in Figma and a passion for designing intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications. You have experience working with AI-powered products and are comfortable leveraging modern AI design tools to accelerate product design and prototyping. Key Responsibilities: - Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications - Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and AI Engineers to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences - Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components - Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience - Ensure responsive and accessible designs across platforms - Work on AI-enabled products and incorporate AI-driven design workflows and tools - Participate in product discussions and contribute to feature ideation and user experience improvements - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and best practices Required Skills: - 35 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design - Strong expertise in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Prototyping, Design Systems) - Experience designing products for: - Web applications - Mobile applications (iOS and Android) - SaaS platforms - Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design - Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, and clickable prototypes - Familiarity with responsive and accessible design standards - Excellent communication and collaboration skills AI-Related Skills (Preferred): - Experience working on AI-powered products or GenAI applications - Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools - Understanding of conversational interfaces and AI workflows - Exposure to prompt engineering or AI-human interaction design Good to Have: - Experience with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks - Experience with design handoff processes and developer collaboration - Experience in SaaS or enterprise product environments - Portfolio showcasing product, web, and mobile application designs Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities - Experience working in Agile product teams You are a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer with a strong expertise in Figma and a passion for designing intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
