About the role
Key Responsibilities 1. HCM Technical Development Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI reports Build and maintain HDL / HSDL data migration solutions Develop and maintain Fast Formulas Work with HCM Data Model for data extraction and reporting 2. Data Migration & Reconciliation Perform bulk data loads using HDL/HSDL Validate and reconcile data across systems (e.g., Oracle HCM vs legacy/SAP) Ensure audit-safe data migration processes with proper logging and validation 3. Integrations & APIs Design and support integrations using: REST / SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Integrate Oracle HCM with third-party systems like: SAP Other third Party applications 4. Workflow & Security Configure and troubleshoot: Approval workflows (BPM) HCM roles and data security Support audit and compliance requirements 5. Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve production issues Work on performance tuning of reports, extracts, and integrations Provide post-go-live support and enhancements 6. Documentation & Governance Maintain technical design documents Ensure solutions follow upgrade-safe and audit-compliant practices Support internal/external audit requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Hands-on experience in at least 2 modules: Core HR Absence Recruiting Goals and Compensation Core Technical Skills: HCM Extracts (Advanced) BI Publisher & OTBI Reports HDL / HSDL Fast Formula (Payroll/Absence) SQL & Data Analysis Oracle HCM Data Model understanding Integration Skills: REST & SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Experience integrating with external systems (SAP/3rd party) Additional Skills: Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Experience with audit-compliant and production-grade implementations Knowledge of security & workflows (BPM)
