As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining Workday modules, report writing, data analysis, system optimization, and stakeholder management. - Assist in maintaining Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Time Tracking - Support Business Process configurations to meet business requirements - Design and develop custom reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy - Analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making - Support Workday enhancements and new feature releases - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality - Act as a resource for Workday HCM, providing guidance to HR teams - Ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes - Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday HCM - Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations - Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) HBK, formed by the merger of Brel & Kjr and HBM, is a global leader in the test and measurement industry with more than 3,500 employees worldwide.
