The role provides technical and people leadership for delivering scalable reporting solutions, cloud-native analytics applications, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Define and execute enterprise analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives. - Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting. - Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions. - Establish data governance, data quality, and reporting standards. - Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including requirements, modeling, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and support. - Develop enterprise KPIs and operational metrics. - Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, AI, and self-service analytics adoption. - Lead Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, Reporting Analysts, and Analytics Engineers. - Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency. - Evaluate analytics platforms and emerging technologies. - Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise analytics applications built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
