About the Role We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead QA Engineer with 7+ years of exp to lead quality assurance initiatives for HCL AppScan integrations. You'll own end-to-end testing strategies, mentor junior QA resources, handle critical customer escalations, and drive automation innovation across the AppScan ecosystem. Technical Skills What You'll Need:- 7 to 10 years hands-on QA experience with proven expertise in Manual and Automation testing at scale.Advanced proficiency in automation frameworks and AI-powered testing.Strong Docker knowledge; experience setting up and managing containerized test environments. Expert-level Jira management; experience with test management dashboards and workflow optimization. Demonstrated ability to handle L3 escalations and resolve production issuesExperience testing third-party integrations and complex security tools (AppScan background valuable).Strong cross-functional collaboration and mentoring skills.Knowledge of server architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Office Location: HCL Software, BangaloreWork Preference: Remote.
