Position : Genesys Engineer

Job Duties :

Analyzing customer requirements, and evaluating technology options, developing strategies, and recommendations to Call Center customers. Design, develop, test and deploy several ivr and cti applications. Perform Genesys component upgrades. Work on CME to create list objects in Transactions folder depending on the Strategy requirements. Engaging with stake holders to design and document the contact center solutions that align with the business needs and also consistent with the architectural vision. Estimate project sizing and organize the plan till up to Production build installation of Genesys applications. Organize Demo’s with business to present the implementation done as per the scope of requirements. Design the application architecture in building the technical components of systems implementation using Genesys configuration manager, Genesys Administrator. Designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management). Builds the Low-level and High-level documentation for Business and Non-Business teams in understanding the Scope of implementation. Deployment and configuration of Genesys Voice platform and its integration with Genesys Framework. Upgrade Genesys framework applications like Tserver, SIP, universal routing server, stat server, config server, solution control server, message server, lca, snmp. Support Genesys Enterprise platform, identify problems, analyze possible solutions and determine best course of action to resolve. Provide Production support for ongoing issues. Monitor and optimize the performance of database. Analyze system or program problems and recommend solutions. Work on deployment process and be available until application goes live.

Work Location :

Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate.

Minimum Requirements:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or closely related fields.
