Position : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Duties :

Under limited supervision, gather and interpret project requirements and the need for development of applications, data models or enhancements to existing applications; work through gaps in proposals and issues with product owners and business analysts; develop outline of plan based on the meeting outcomes; create system architecture and design; build or extend logical and physical relational data models for backend database; build new functionality to serve client reporting needs by processing; configure functionality; implement requirements by meeting code quality standards; develop proof of concepts and evaluate new technologies/languages during process; write and configure automation scripts for application systems; write data quality rules to resolve data related issues; write and tune complex SQL queries to improve efficiency of data availability; perform data modeling and management; manage version control repositories and branching; perform code reviews; prepare required documentation for released and patch installations; apply product related patches in all environments; write and execute unit test cases; verify expected system behavior after deployments to QA environment; support QA Analysts through validation of defect reporting and tracking; perform design and code fixes necessary to address defects observed in QA environment; deploy software to development, QA, and production environments as necessary; provide production support for ongoing issues; perform release support during elevation windows; mentor and assist less experienced team members with the above, as necessary; and use: UNIX, Oracle, SQL Developer, OFSAAI Suite of Products, OFSDF, PFT, LRM, Putty, Erwin, Visio, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Unix Shell Scripting, GitHub, SVN and related tools.

Minimum Qualifications Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

• Experience : Five (5) years of progressive experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Programmer or in a related occupation;

• Other Requirements:

• Experience must include five (5) years of work with Oracle, WAS, OFSAAI Suite of Products, OFSDF, PFT, LRM, Erwin, Unix Shell Scripting; must be willing to relocate.

• Job Duties :

Under limited supervision, design, develop, test and modify moderately complex Salesforce applications using Agile; gather user requirements and develop technical documentation; use advanced theoretical knowledge to implement full life cycle of project architecture in Salesforce service cloud, marketing cloud and sales cloud; determine system performance standards; create custom objects, custom fields, master-detail relationships, lookup relationships, page layouts, custom tabs, reports and other components; create users, roles, profiles, permission sets, email services, record types, lead, support and sales processes, workflow alerts and actions, approval processes and assignment rules; design, code and debug in Salesforce developer console; run reports, dashboards, analytic reports and create data extensions for marketing cloud Salesforce; identify new functionalities requested by business for enhancing the Salesforce Applications; perform data migration; develop and direct testing and validation procedures; test code and write test scripts for tested scenarios; support, maintain and document system functionality in company drive; coordinate deployment and monitor functioning; and use: Windows, Oracle, SQL Server, APEX data loader, SVN, GitHub, Java, HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, Force.com platform, Salesforce Technologies: SOQL, SOSL, Custom Objects, Custom Tabs, Chatter, Email Services, Approvals, Reports, Security Controls and related tools.

• Experience : One (1) year of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Programmer or in a related occupation;

• Other Requirements:

• Experience must include one (1) year of work with Windows, Force.com platform and the following Salesforce technologies: Custom Objects, Custom Tabs and Chatter; must be willing to relocate.
