About the Role: - We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead QA Engineer with 7+ years of exp to lead quality assurance initiatives for HCL AppScan integrations. You'll own end-to-end testing strategies, mentor junior QA resources, handle critical customer escalations, and drive automation innovation across the AppScan ecosystem. Technical Skills: - What You'll Need: - 7 to 10 years hands-on QA experience with proven expertise in Manual and Automation testing at scale. Advanced proficiency in automation frameworks and AI-powered testing. Strong Docker knowledge; experience setting up and managing containerized test environments. Expert-level Jira management; experience with test management dashboards and workflow optimization. Demonstrated ability to handle L3 escalations and resolve production issues Experience testing third-party integrations and complex security tools (AppScan background valuable). Solid cross-functional collaboration and mentoring skills. Knowledge of server architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Office Location: HCL Software, Bangalore Work Preference: Remote.
