Hiring: ASIC/RTL Program Manager | 1318 Years | Bengaluru,Chennai,Hyderabad | HCLTech HCLTech is looking for an experienced ASIC/RTL Program Manager to lead the execution of complex semiconductor programs across the complete ASIC development lifecycle. This is a highvisibility, highimpact role in a fastpaced engineering environment. Role Overview As an ASIC Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving program execution across schedule, performance, power, and cost metricsfrom program conception to commercial sample release. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional engineering teams and leadership to ensure successful tape-outs and program delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete ASIC/IP development lifecyclePartner closely with Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design, and other teamsDrive program schedules, milestones, and deliverablesManage risks, track issues, and implement effective mitigation plansProvide regular executivelevel roll-up reporting on metrics, progress, risks, and staffingEnsure disciplined adherence to product development processes, design reviews, and change controlEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including foundries and operations teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelors + 4 years, Masters + 3 years, or PhD + 2 years inComputer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fieldsStrong experience in ASIC lifecycle developmentProven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to motivate and align engineering and program teamsStrong proficiency in MS Project, Advanced Excel, PowerPointFoundry/operations exposure is an added advantageTotal Experience: 1318 years, with 3+ years in project/program management Why Join HCLTech At HCLTech, we enable you to supercharge progresswith cutting-edge technology projects, global exposure, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the semiconductor space.
