Job Title: Senior Data Engineer - AWS Glue, SQL, Python Experience: 3 to 6Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced AWS Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Glue, Python, SQL, and DevOps practices to design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust ETL pipelines, optimizing data workflows, and enabling data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain ETL/data transformation pipelines using AWS Glue . Design, build, and optimize scalable data processing solutions. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Develop robust Python scripts for automation and data processing. Implement CI/CD and deployment automation using DevOps practices. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing data pipelines for performance and reliability. Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are followed. Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives on AWS. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud data engineering. Must Have Skills AWS Glue Python SQL / MS SQL Server DevOps / CI-CD ETL Development Data Engineering AWS Cloud Good to Have Skills AWS Lambda Amazon S3 AWS Redshift PySpark Airflow Data Lake Architecture Terraform / CloudFormation Git, Jenkins Big Data Technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 3 to years of experience in Data Engineering. Strong hands-on experience with AWS Glue and ETL development. Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with DevOps tools and deployment automation. Understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, and Data Modeling concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certifications (Preferred) AWS Certified Data Engineer AWS Certified Solutions Architect AWS Certified Developer Associate Relevant Python or DevOps certifications
