Pune, Maharashtra Job Summary Role Summary We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to support Mortgage and Consumer Financing (CoFi) workstreams, with a strong focus on lending lifecycle processes, credit decisioning, and AI-enabled solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into implementable solutions. Key Responsibilities Capture, analyze and document business requirements across the lending lifecycle (Advisory, Initiation, Credit Decisioning) Support Business Functional Analysis for: Lending products Prolongation and post-decision processes Contribute to the design of AI-based solutions , including: Agentic AI for credit decisioning AI-driven document processing and handling Support solution definition Work closely with business, IT, and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to solution design Support workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions with business stakeholders Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Business Functional Analyst in banking or financial services Domain knowledge in Mortgages, Lending, or Consumer Finance Experience across end-to-end lending lifecycle processes Exposure to AI-enabled solutions (credit decisioning, document management) is a strong advantage Robust analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in quick-paced, short-start engagements Key Responsibilities 1. To drive business workshops and gather business requirements 2. To review functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage. 3. To conduct the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements and suggest design solutions 4. To review test cases and ensure that it is in line with functional requirements 5.
