Role Overview: As the Cyber Security Manager, you will be responsible for minimizing the risk to the organization's information from various cyber threats. Your role will involve being a subject matter expert in Vulnerability Assessment, Policy Compliance, and Security Configuration. You should have knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, IT security tools, concepts, and architectures. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting technology architecture reviews from a Cyber Security risk perspective. Building and maintaining relationships with different business units, IT teams, and senior management levels will be crucial. It is essential for you to have the technical aptitude to grasp new technologies, IT security tools, vulnerabilities, and the current threat landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in vulnerability management and security configuration management. - Manage, report, and govern vulnerability and configuration management processes. - Enhance the overall Vulnerability Management and Security Configuration Management program in terms of people, processes, and technology. - Provide updates and reports to the management team regarding vulnerability and configuration assessments, remediation progress, and publish dashboards for senior management. - Evaluate and review the technical architecture of existing and new systems to strengthen network, security, database, and server device parameters to minimize risks. - Lead a team, oversee daily tasks, provide support, and conduct development and training sessions for yourself and team members. - Continuously assess the organization's current and future security needs from an attacker's perspective and report any vulnerabilities to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 9-15 years in the field.
