As a Cyber Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in minimizing the risk to the organization's information posed by various cyber threats. Your expertise in Vulnerability assessment, Policy Compliance, and Security Configuration will be essential. You will need to have a deep understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks, IT security tools, concepts, and architectures. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting Technology architecture reviews from a Cyber Security risk standpoint. Building and maintaining relationships with various business units, IT teams, and senior management will be a key part of your role. You should also possess the technical aptitude to stay updated on new technologies, IT security tools, vulnerabilities, and the current threat landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in vulnerability management and security configuration management. - Manage, report, and govern vulnerability/configuration management processes. - Contribute to maturing the Vulnerability Management/ Security Configuration Management program. - Analyze and report updates on Vulnerability/ Configuration assessments to the management team. - Continuously assess and review the technical architecture for hardening parameters of network/security/database/server devices. - Manage the team, monitor daily tasks, and provide support, development, and training. - Evaluate current and future security needs of the organization from an attacker's perspective and report loopholes to senior leadership.
