Key Responsibilities: Define and drive enterprise data strategy and architecture roadmap. Lead Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse modernization initiatives. Architect scalable batch, real-time, and streaming data solutions. Establish data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, and compliance frameworks. Drive cloud data transformation programs across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver data-driven outcomes. Support strategic client engagements, solutioning, and transformation programs. Mentor and lead Data Architects, Data Engineers, and governance teams. Required Skills: Enterprise Data Architecture Data Lake / Data Warehouse / Lakehouse AWS, Azure, or GCP Databricks Snowflake Apache Spark Kafka Airflow SQL Python If you have 20+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Leadership roles, strong Banking/BFSI domain experience, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale data modernization programs, you are the ideal candidate for this role.
