Understanding of compliance requirements. • Knowledge about Engineering change process ( ECN, ECR and ECO), Knowledge in PLM tools – Agile • Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team. • Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and present change ideas • Quality mindset in design and documentation.
