Location: Chennai/Noida/Bangalore/Hyderabad and Pune If interested reach us on srikanth.domala@hcltech.com Provide us the details below: Total years of exp: Exp in IDMC Development: Exp in Governance: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice Period: Current location: Preferred location: Detailed Responsibilities: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IDMC Lead to drive the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) . The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cloud data integration, ETL/ELT development, data quality, application integration, and production support while leading a team of developers and coordinating with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica IDMC solutions across development, testing, and production environments. Design scalable and high-performance data integration architectures using IDMC services. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Define best practices, standards, and governance for IDMC development. Development & Integration Develop and maintain data pipelines using: Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Cloud Data Integration for Mass Ingestion (CDI-MI) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) Cloud Data Governance (CDGC) preferred Design ETL/ELT solutions for data migration, transformation, and integration. Build integrations between cloud and on-premise systems. Data Management & Quality Implement data validation and quality rules. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. Support Master Data Management and data governance initiatives. Production Support Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business users, architects, and project managers. Gather and analyze business requirements. Provide effort estimations and technical solution proposals. Required Skills Informatica IDMC Strong experience in: Cloud Data Integration (CDI) Taskflows Advanced Transformations Parameterization Dynamic Mappings Mapping Templates REST APIs Secure Agent Administration Databases Oracle SQL Server Snowflake PostgreSQL Azure SQL Cloud Platforms Microsoft Azure (Preferred) AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Programming/Scripting SQL Python Shell Scripting Additional Skills Performance tuning and optimization. Data warehousing concepts. CI/CD implementation for IDMC deployments. Version control tools such as Git. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance domains. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse. Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Catalog solutions. Informatica IDMC Certification preferred. Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
