K Experience :4-9 yrs Notice period up to 30 days Candidate should be ready to work in US shift Key Responsibilities Executing day-to-day data entry, updates, and maintenance for customer accounts, contacts, materials, and pricing structures within Salesforce and SAP (including SAP MDG/ERP). Ensuring the Golden Record integrity by proactively merging duplicates and resolving conflicting entity information across both platforms. Enforcing company data standards, validation rules, and compliance policies during data creation and modification lifecycles. Partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align system data with fast-moving operational requirements Identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing automation enhancements to streamline the client-onboarding or product-launch lifecycle Conducting system-use training sessions to educate commercial teams on proper Salesforce and SAP data hygiene Authoring and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries, and training materials for end-users
