About the role
Job Role: Responsible AI (RAI) Engineer Embed Responsible AI principles such as fairness, accountability, transparency, privacy, and safety into AI solutions. Design and implement bias detection, bias mitigation, explainability, and model governance frameworks. Build and enforce guardrails for LLM and GenAI systems. Conduct AI risk assessments before production deployment. Ensure compliance with AI governance policies, regulations, and industry standards. Monitor AI systems for hallucinations, harmful outputs, bias, drift, data leakage, and misuse. Support AI audits, reviews, and governance board evaluations. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk, Data Science, and Engineering teams. Define and implement AI monitoring, logging, and audit mechanisms. Required Skills Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, AI Ethics Responsible AI principles (Fairness, Transparency, Accountability, Explainability) AI Governance, Risk Management, Compliance AI Safety and Guardrails Python Programming AI Monitoring and Observability Security, Privacy, and Data Protection Model Validation and Risk Assessment Preferred Skills Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and governance tools. Knowledge of global AI regulations and compliance requirements. Experience implementing content moderation and LLM safety controls. Familiarity with AI audit processes and enterprise governance models. Experience 6 to 10 years of overall experience in Software, Data, AI, or ML Engineering. 2 to 4+ years in AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Security, Risk, Ethics, or Compliance-focused roles. Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications is highly desirable.
