About the role
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM functional and technical consultant with over 8+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical expertise in SAP CRM. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM functional and technical specifications. Configure, customize, and implement SAP CRM modules to meet client needs. Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and provide expert guidance. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal performance. Integrate SAP CRM with other enterprise systems and applications. Develop and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration, and processes. Support users with training, change management, and post-implementation assistance. Participate in SAP CRM upgrade and enhancement projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the CRM domain. Requirement: 8+ years of overall experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in SAP CRM functional and technical roles. Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and integration techniques. Experience with SAP CRM upgrade projects and solution enhancements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and global setting. SAP CRM certifications are highly desirable. Other Requirements (Optional) Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Prior exposure to multinational client environments. Knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM) is beneficial .
