Senior Administrator - Data Loss Prevention, Palo Alto Firewalls

As a Technical Specialist in DLP, your role will involve end-to-end administration, policy design, monitoring, incident response, and reporting for Symantec DLP and CASB operations. You will be responsible for driving risk identification, data loss prevention, upgrades, and integrations. Additionally, you will handle timely escalation handling, fraud detection, and actionable insights through offender and UBA reports. Key Responsibilities: - Manage DLP operations in adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Provide advanced support for complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions. - Contribute to knowledge base management, documenting solutions, creating training materials, and mentoring new team members. - Resolve complex support tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with other support teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance security posture. - Improve customer experience and CSAT metrics through effective first call resolution strategies and proactive security threat mitigation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Symantec DLP Administration Operations and Implementation. - Ability to identify risk threats and compile them into DLP policies. - Symantec DLP certification is preferred. - Proficiency in Zscaler, Palo Alto, and related security technologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. - Excellent communication skills for effective knowledge transfer and customer interaction. - Familiarity with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
