As a Solution/Enterprise Architect specializing in Java, Cloud Native, and GenAI, your role involves leading platform engineering initiatives with a focus on defining enterprise-wide architecture, modernizing legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, and enabling intelligent, scalable, and resilient platforms. Your responsibilities include: - Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap for platform engineering initiatives. - Drive modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures. - Establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices. - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals. In the realm of Generative AI & Agentic Systems, you will: - Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions using LLMs. - Build and scale agentic workflows including multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks. - Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms such as chatbots, copilots, and automation. - Ensure responsible AI practices focusing on security, governance, and explainability. Your leadership and stakeholder management responsibilities involve: - Providing technical leadership to architects and engineering teams. - Mentoring teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies. - Engaging with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners. - Supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc. - Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Experience with API design, service mesh, and event streaming (Kafka, etc.). - Extensive experience in at least one cloud platform: AWS/Azure/GCP. - Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native design patterns. - Experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. - Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and agent frameworks. - Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
