About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing technical chat support with a minimum of 1.6 years of hands-on experience in International Technical Chat Support. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues and assisting customers in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities. You should be open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Demonstrate proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. - Have a solid grasp of web development fundamentals, including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience. - Show empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements. Qualifications Required: - You must be a graduate as the company is not hiring undergraduates or individuals with internship experience. Please carry your updated resume (hard copy) and one ID proof for the walk-in drive. Do not bring any laptops, pen drives, or electronic devices. The walk-in drive is scheduled for 9th May 26 at HCLTech office, Phoenix Avance Business Hub, Building H-01B, Phase 2, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
