Technical Delivery Manager P&C Insurance (Ambattur)

Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager P&C; Insurance Location: Chennai and Hyderabad Role Summary Lead end-to-end technology delivery across the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance portfolio, with primary focus on Guidewire-based platforms (Policy, Claims). Drive business outcomes through strong delivery governance, deep insurance domain expertise, and modern engineering practices. Own P&L; performance, ensure customer-centric execution, and embed an AI-first, automation-driven mindset across delivery and operations. Key Responsibilities - Own delivery, execution governance, and P&L; accountability for P&C; Insurance programs. - Lead large-scale Guidewire implementation, enhancement, and modernization initiatives. - Partner with business stakeholders to translate insurance product requirements into scalable technology solutions. - Provide technical leadership across Guidewire (Policy Center, Claim Center), Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Drive AI-led transformation across underwriting, claims automation, fraud detection, and customer servicing. - Ensure end-to-end delivery excellence across Agile teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore models. - Oversee solution design, architecture alignment, risk management, and production stability. - Champion engineering best practices including Dev SecOps, automation, and cloud-native adoption. Required Experience & Skills - 15+ years of technology delivery experience, including leadership in P&C; Insurance domain. - Strong hands-on or program-level expertise in Guidewire suite (Policy Center, Claim Center). - Proven experience delivering large-scale insurance transformation programs. - Robust technical background in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, ReactJS, cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture. - Experience managing P&L;, client relationships, and executive stakeholder engagement. - Demonstrated ability to apply AI/ML, automation, and data-driven capabilities in insurance workflows.
