About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team in Bangalore and Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in leading development teams. Responsibilities: Manage technology in projects and provide technical guidance or solutions for work completion. Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions or reviews as a technical consultant. Develop and guide team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in a technical lead role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP. Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or Express.js. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, PHP). Understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
