Track Lead - IAM Project management

As an Authentication Service Engineer at our company in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting authentication systems, particularly focusing on onboarding applications to Microsoft Entra ID, enabling MFA, and SSO integration. Your responsibilities will include: - Proficiently implementing and managing authentication systems - Demonstrating strong knowledge of identity protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, LDAP, etc - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA and SSO configuration - Experience working with authentication services like ForgeRock is an added advantage - Integrating both cloud-based and on-premise applications with identity platforms - Utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Exhibiting excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills In this role, your key responsibilities will involve: - Collaborating with application owners to understand requirements and provide integration guidance and best practices - Providing engineering expertise for applications migrating between identity platforms - Ensuring solution implementation adheres to relevant standards, processes, and security protocols - Troubleshooting and resolving authentication and access-related issues - Developing and maintaining technical documentation and integration guides - Keeping up to date with Entra ID features and industry authentication trends Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders internally, including Cyber Security Technology teams, Production engineering support team, Support function departments, Programme managers, squad/tribes focused on automation, Cybersecurity Hive Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Compliance/Governance Team. Your role-specific technical skills and competencies will include proficiency in authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC) at an advanced level and Microsoft Entra ID at an advanced level as well.
