Job Role - Technical Analyst Location - Mumbai, Bangalore & Kolkata Experience - 03 - 12 Years Job Purpose Evaluate, analyze to ensure that solution for architecture is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered. Ensure that solution is as per the principle of IT Strategy with a focus on cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and high availability platforms. Job Responsibilities: Participate in requirement and FSD analysis to ensure that solution is technically feasible and IT aspects are covered. Ensure proper volume estimations (TBRD) are carried out for new solutions, basis which stress tests are planned and executed. Evaluate/Recommend solution architecture. Participate in the process of project planning to ensure that adequate timeframe is committed for IT activities and to ensure that all aspects of Change Management are covered Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements Drive performance tuning, stress testing, and optimization initiatives Support implementation of distributed databases (e.g., Yugabyte) and data consistency models Key Skills Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker Databases: Distributed DB (Yugabyte / Cassandra / similar), RDBMS Architecture: Microservices, API-based systems, event-driven architecture, Kafka CI/CD & DevOps practices Performance testing & capacity planning
