SAP Integration Customer Support Consultant-PI / PO / CPI -Shift

Head Hunter India is seeking experienced Enterprise Integration Consultants in Customer Support to join our team for a shift-based role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP PI/PO/CPI, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to provide expert support for complex integration landscapes. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve customer support inquiries related to SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration - CPI) in a shift environment. Apply strong knowledge of integration principles and consultancy skills to translate business requirements into technical IT solutions . Utilize hands-on experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP systems across A2A (Application-to-Application) and B2B (Business-to-Business) scenarios. Leverage in-depth technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integrating SAP PI/PO products and CPI with non-SAP applications using various technologies, including but not limited to: ALE-IDocs, EDI, RFC, XI, HTTP, IDOC, JDBC, File/FTP, SOAP, Mail, REST, JMS. Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in programming User Defined Functions (UDF) in Message Mapping and implementing Lookups (RFC, SOAP, JDBC) in UDF or standard functions. Exhibit proficiency in ccBPM (cross-component Business Process Management) and RWB (Runtime Workbench) . Possess extensive knowledge of Java, WS-RM, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), NWA (NetWeaver Administrator), iFlow, NW BRM (NetWeaver Business Rules Management), and BPM (Business Process Management) . Apply strong experience using NWDS (NetWeaver Developer Studio) for development tasks. Manage connectivity using ABAP Proxies : Inbound Proxy and Outbound Proxy. Apply solid middleware knowledge and web service skills . Possess a good understanding of REST API and Web Services . Utilize experience in integrating with main SAP backend systems (SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Cloud). Skills Excellent English Communication skills , both verbal and written, for clear and effective client interaction. Quick Learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies and evaluate their test applicability. Team Player with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with a client-driven mindset. Possess a bright mind and the ability to understand a complex platform . Ability to understand technical/engineering concepts and to learn integration product functionality and applications rapidly. Demonstrated user-focused technical writing ability , capable of communicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment . Ability to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously . Strong interpersonal communication skills , effectively communicating in one-to-one and group situations. Qualifications Experience: At least three years of previous experience in a similar role , with proven experience using SAP PI, SAP PO, or SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) . Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field is desirable. Additional Desired Skills: Experience with any API Management Platform . Experience with any other non-SAP iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, SnapLogic, Apache Camel, etc.). Good understanding of CI/CD concepts . Affinity with any integration platform/software like Boomi, SAP Cloud Integration, or SnapLogic is desirable.
