SAP FICO Technical Lead Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 1213 Years Employment Type: Full-time Note: Immediate to 15 days notice is preferred About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Technical Lead to lead SAP Finance initiatives and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP FICO, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while delivering scalable SAP Finance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of SAP FICO solutions.Manage and mentor a team of 1012 consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.Drive technical solution design, system enhancements, custom developments, and integrations.Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, governance standards, and delivery processes.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex business and system challenges.Required Skills & Qualifications 1213 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.Strong technical expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling, including custom developments and integrations.Proven experience leading technical teams and managing end-to-end project delivery.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Experience working in large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs.Candidates with SAP Finance Solution Architect experience are also encouraged to apply.Preferred Skills S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration experience.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
