Opportunity with Head Way Tek on Senior SAP IBP Consultant/ 8-12 Yrs/ (On-Site) Bangalore/ Full Time We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP IBP Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist with a strong focus on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Functional knowledge. The ideal candidate will have 8- 10 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of demand planning processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to demand planning. Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance SAP IBP Demand functionalities. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP IBP and software development methodologies. Document technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials for end users. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in software development. Mandatory Skills: Strong functional knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning. Proficiency in software development languages such as Java, C#, or Python is added advantage. Good to have experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle. Good to have software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
