About the role
As a Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET) at Heady, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our work by working closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating automation frameworks and implementing various design patterns - Scripting and maintaining API and UI automation - Integrating tests with CI and the cloud platform - Performing health analysis of builds - Collaborating with clients to ensure deliverables meet their requirements To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience - 4+ years of Automation experience - 3+ years of coding expertise using TypeScript - 3+ years of Selenium WebDriver experience - 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing API automation scripts and unit test scripts - Extensive knowledge of GIT and CI - Excellent familiarity with various design patterns such as POM, FPOM, FDP, Singleton, etc. - Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with XCUI using Swift, Cypress, WebdriverIO, RestAssured, JMeter, and Security Testing experience.
