We build Explainable AI solutions that help insurers design cost-effective, bias-free health plans and improve outcomes for millions of beneficiaries. Build & Deliver: Collaborate with data and product engineering teams to build robust end-to-end data pipelines turning innovation into reality. Inception to Adoption: Partner with the customer success team to drive initial implementations, adoption, and utilisation. Graduate from IIT / NIT / BITS Pilani or equivalent 6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Product Lead, preferably in Healthcare InsuranceProficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and Advanced ExcelKnowledge of network adequacy and provider network components (PCPs, specialists, hospitals) is a strong plusStrong command of data engineering, data visualisation, and modelling techniques Creativity to build stunning prototypes using Tableau and Excel 100% Remote with open leave policy and flexible working hours ~ We build Explainable AI solutions that help insurers design cost-effective, bias-free health plans and improve outcomes for millions of beneficiaries.
